Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Due to the unique nature of oyster shells, certain imperfections are expected and celebrated! This is not considered a defect or a reason for return. You have 14 days to contact us with your concern and 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us BEFORE returning an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). The time frame to receive your refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Purchaser will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
-Custom or personalized orders.

Incorrect Length:
If you have ordered the incorrect length necklace or braand wish to change to a different length, please message us ASAP. We do charge a small fee for re-adjusting the lengths.
**You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us for adjustment, shipping is charged separately in order to ship the items back to you.
